Description:
Laminated by several layers film,Roll stock film can be made food packing ,cup sealing film ,
shrink film and other forms packaging film .Customer can be disposable production ,no second
pollution by their own automatic machine,such as puffed food packaging ,shampoo packaging...
Puffed food is favored by many people because it is instant ,soft and crisp merits .In order to
protect such soft and crisp food ,customer will inflate nitrogen or carbon dioxide in the pouch .
Using roll film, it can automatically finish the all sequence of bag making - filling - dealing – cutting .And therefore,it can reduce costs and increase productivity.
How to Place an Order?
Material & Thickness: If you have no idea about it ,we will give you some suggestion.
Size: You can buy a similar product, and then test it (lenth/width/bottom size).
Quantity: The more you order , the price will be more cheaper.
Design: just need to send ''AI" or '' PSD" format of the design.
If possible,pls provide the picture or sample of the pouch,
If you are not clearly,we will recommend for you.
Packaging Details:
1) Packed in suitable cartons according to the size of the products or client's requirement
2) To prevent the dust ,we will use PE film to cover the products in carton
3) Put on 1 (W) X 1.2m(L) pallet .the total height would be under 1.8m if LCL.
And it would be around 1.1m if FCL.
4) Then wrapping film to fix it
5) Using packing belt to fix it better.

Q1: What is the minimum quantity?
A: Each pouch product may have different starting quantity, that depends on the material, size etc. So please contact us and provide specific information first.
Q2: Can I order small quantity?
A: Yes. However, the unit cost will be higher than normal price.
Q3: How long will it to be done if I place an order?
A: Regularly the production period is 15 days. For new product it will subject to change as we have more process to deal with.
Q4: How long can I get my goods?
A: We need to enquiry our sea fright agent and give you the information, but we cannot guarantee its accuracy. But we will work to help customers to get their packaging as soon as possible.
